The Supply and Property
Management Office (SPMO) Diliman will be pilot testing the use of the SPMO
PORTAL for online ordering of Common-Use Supplies and Equipment (CSEs) starting
18 October 2019.
In this regard, we are encouraging
a maximum of two (2) representatives from your Office who will be in charged in
ordering of CSEs online to visit and register at: portal.spmo.up.edu.ph.
Please follow the
instructions below:
1.
Go to “portal.spmo.upd.edu.ph”
2.
Click on “Register”
3.
Search for your respective
College/Office/Unit.
4.
Fill-out all the required fields.
NOTE:
Only U.P. official email address would be accepted. ([name]@up.edu.ph)
5.
Once registered, an activation link will
be sent to your email address.
6.
Click the activation link sent to your
email address.
7.
Log-in with your registered credentials.
